Who We Are
Dadaab Vision for Global Network (DVGN) is a Refugee-Led Organization (RLO) and Community-Based Organization (CBO) committed to empowering refugees and host communities through digital education, freelancing, and career development.
Established in 2019, DVGN provides high-impact training, mentorship, and employment support to individuals seeking to build sustainable careers in the digital economy. Our programs bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, ensuring that displaced and underserved communities can achieve financial independence through remote work and digital entrepreneurship.
With a focus on innovation, self-reliance, and global connectivity, DVGN transforms lives
by equipping individuals with in-demand digital skills and access to international job
markets
Our Vision and Mission
Vision: A world where refugees and host communities have equal access to economic
opportunities, enabling them to thrive in the digital economy.
Mission: To empower individuals through digital skills training, freelancing
mentorship, and career development, ensuring financial independence and long-term
professional success.
We are dedicated to bridging the digital divide, reducing aid dependency, and fostering a
globally connected workforce.
Our Journey
From Grassroots Initiative to Global Impact
Founded in Dadaab Refugee Camp, Kenya, one of the world’s largest refugee settlements,
DVGN began as a small-scale training initiative addressing the urgent need for
employment opportunities.
Since then, we have evolved into a globally recognized career development and freelancing hub, enabling thousands of individuals to access remote job markets and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Through partnerships, innovation, and mentorship, DVGN continues to empower communities and drive meaningful change
